MAKING BUSINESS HAPPEN IN SHROPSHIRE AND BEYOND
Team & Structure
Network with Style is headed up by three local business women,
who run the not for profit group, as unpaid volunteers.
The trio launched the group officially in January 2008 and run the
group as three equal partners. Our legal entity is that of a society.
The group has grown from zero members in Jan 2008 to having over
300 core members by December 2008. Despite having two venues the
group is seen as one, members moving freely between the two
venues.
The group is unfunded, independent, and fully internally managed.
To launch the group and acquire the necessary assets the leaders
funded the project themselves, either by loaning funds for the early
months or using the skills and facilities within their own businesses to
provide resources.
The group started after much market research to provide small businesses
run by women with five main things:

one man bands have to be multi skilled |

Who knows what the future may hold for the group but one thing is
certain the aim to make a difference has already been achieved.
