Taste Magazines is all making connections, including those between consumers, local food producers and restaurants, hotels, food festivals and other events. As the public's interest soars in local food, its provenance, recipes and growing vegetables in kitchen gardens and allotments, so our magazines have acquired a huge, growing and very loyal readership.
We currently publish two magazines - Taste Shropshire & the Marches and Taste Herefordshire. Both are distributed Free across the region and nationally through dozens of outlets including delis, farm shops, tourist information centres and foodie events. Subscriptions are also available, with subscribers living in the region and as far apart as Kent and Edinburgh.
The magazines are packed with information about local producers, great places to eat and drink and recipes. The Market Place section list dozens of events and places to visit, cookbook reviews and has an exclusive listing of farm shops and farmers' markets.
Our Shropshire magazine is published quarterly while the Herefordshire magazine is distributed twice a year and is supported by www.visitherefordshire.co.uk. The latter's second issue is published to support the Flavours of Herefordshire event held in October.
We also publish an annual calendar full of local recipes and event listings and for the future are planning a series of local foodie books. All our products are distinguished by high quality printing and design.
