Leave the M54 at Jct 6 toward Whitchurch and over first roundabout by the retail park.  Next round about turn left into Bennetts Bank B5061 signed Wellington, this turns into Wattling Street - first set of lights stright on (college on right) and next set of lights turn RIGHT and immediately right into a strange little ally way down to the hotel.  The hotel is huge and you have to drive past the front of it between the 2 set of lights and behind it the football club, so its easy to spot!  WATCH OUT speed cameras! Use Jct 6 route as much easier than any other.  Note at second set of lights you turn right but immediately right again infront of waiting traffic to enter ally to car park - railing and brick wall.  NOTE this is the TELFORD Whitehouse in WELLINGTON, not Muxton.

Meetings refreshments - there will be water and squash available throughout the meeting, coffee & tea in the break all included in your meeting fee.  You will also be able to purchase drinks from the bar during bar opening hours and bring these to the meeting room. You are more than welcome to stay on in the bar after morning meets and have lunch or evenings for a drink - I am sure many will find this a great way to extend their networking.

Late Lunch or Early Dinner - both possible to fit around meetings as the Whitehouse serves food (extensive menu bar or dining) all day. Please note this is at your own expense.  The bar / dining room is on the first floor of the conference building close to our meeting room.

Parking - there is a large carpark directly infront of the conference and leisure building.  This is not the main football car park but a car park on the west side of the football ground  As you enter the conference car park from Watling street please come into the main car park do not park in the small park on your right. You park of course at your own risk.

Dress - Business Casual

What to bring - business cards, small qty of small flyers or leaflets but NO posters.  A very small sample of product.  Please note space is limited and we must be fair to all plus allowing space for external information and sponsors to display.

Children - as these are business meetings and so we cannot accommodate children at the meetings.

Meeting 2008 Cost - the cost per meeting will be £5.00 per person payable on the door.  If you do not attend you do not pay.  It is hoped that attendees will be members of WiRE or join WiRE after they have attended no more than 2 full meetings, however this is NOT compulsory.  This does not apply to government agencies such as Business Link, WiRE partners such as HSBC or providers of sponsorship for or assistance to the group.

The meeting room is located on the first floor of the venue and you will see in the ground floor hall area a board listing where meetings are being held  - locate the suite name and proceed to the first floor by lift or stairs to find the correct room.
