Being such a rural county many businesses struggle to find the services they need so this might be a very
inexpensive way to market your business to a “listening audience”.

PROMOTIONAL POSSIBILITIES:

The group is self funded and not for profit, with our meeting fees barely covering the venue costs so we are always
looking for help.  As this is business we know that everything must be a two way street and those that help need
something in return.  All these possibilities are open to members or non members providing many businesses with an
ideal cost effective way to promote their business to a captive, listening audience.

SPONSOR A MEETING:  For the sum of £75 for Shrewsbury & £75 Telford you can sponsor a single meeting
either Telford or Shrewsbury – what does this get you.  Proving popular and booked well in advance, but please feel free
to register interest.

HELP SHEETS:  A way to promote your business to our members is to provide a ‘Help Sheet’ for our hints and tips section
– this is in the form of an A4 sheet .  The sheet is not just an advert for your business but a business help or training aid for
our members.  Below are the types of information that must appear on the sheet with the bottom part of the sheet being
an advert for your business, plus a link at the head of the page.  All business topics considered from latest tax advice to
what to wear to a conference, ANYTHING business related – we need to see all copy in advance and agree its inclusion.

To benefit from this you must send the planned sheet to us by e mail so we can approve it.  There is no limit to the number
of times you can submit sheets for approval, as long as each is different in the help content.  Please note allow four
weeks for the sheet to appear from approval.

SPECIAL OFFERS: Offering the attendees a special offer or discount from your business.  We now place all offers
on the members password protected section of the new website.  We need a minimum of two weeks to load the item,
which should be sent to us as a word document with graphics as attachments.  The offers should last a minimum of one
month and be genuine offers not just standard prices or normal deals.   The offer does not have to be business related
but of suitable interest to our members, so could be a beauty treatment or discount on your business printing.  We reserve
the right not to publish any offer or remove it from our site without explanation.

GOODIES:  Giving a branded gift(s) can be a useful way to keep your name in the minds of our members.  You would
need to provide these items to our office one week before a meeting and provide sufficient preferably for both
meetings in that month, but we will consider just one of the meetings (USUALLY ABOUT 80-100).  The item must be of use
to our members such as pens, diaries, files, business card holders, tax disc holders, key rings or similar.
