MEETING INFORMATION

Daytime meetings start at 10am (prompt) - till 12.30
○
Cost £8.00 book in advance pay on line
○
Cost £10.00 book in advance pay on door payable on the door by cash or cheque (no cards)
○
Water is provided during the meeting - with coffee / tea at the half time break
○
Parking is free and plentiful in the official car parks directly outside the both venues


Dress - Business Casual

 What to bring - business cards, small qty of small flyers or leaflets but NO posters.  
 A very small sample of product.  Please note space is limited and we must be fair to all plus allowing
space for external information and sponsors to display.
 You may leave a small amount of business cards (standard size only) but any product or leaflets you bring
must be taken away at the end of the meeting.  Items other than business cards will not be retained.

 Children - as these are business meetings we cannot accommodate children (under 16yrs) at the meetings.

 Meetings Length - the meetings will start promptly at 10am and last  2.5 hours, sometimes due to
volume of questions etc may run over.

 Venue Facilities - both venues have bars and served food.
