CANCELLATION RULES

Cost per meeting £6.00 per person payable on arrival by cash or cheque.

NO SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS (3 or less days notice)

Will be charged the meeting fee of £8 or £10 depending on you booking choice and we withdraw further invitations to future meetings & events until payment is received. We reserve the right, without compensation, to remove adverts, links, or other benefits until payment is received.  This is clearly stated on the official booking receipt.  We appreciate some events make it impossible to attend but we keep the same rule for all as we have to think of the entire groups welfare.

Being a not for profit group means that as volunteer leaders the cost of no shows and late cancellations has to be funded from our own pockets or any scant funds we have raised.

We hope that if you have booked you will endeavour to give more than 3 days notice if you decide you do not want to attend, allowing the group to flourish not fold.  We cannot decide which person’s reason for late cancellation or no show is more worthy of being let off the fee than the next, so we treat all alike and charge the fee to be 100% fair.
